Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named two Staffmark Group executives, Stacey Lane, CEO, and Suzanne Perry, Chief People Officer, to its 2025 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. Now in its 11th year, the annual list recognizes 150 women whose vision and leadership are shaping the future of the staffing industry. 

Each year, SIA honors 100 women from the Americas and 50 from around the globe who are driving meaningful change and growth within their organizations and across the industry. The list, sponsored by Bullhorn, highlights leaders whose vision and dedication are setting new standards and inspiring the next generation of talent.  Honorees include CEOs, entrepreneurs, technologists, and senior leaders who are redefining what’s possible in a rapidly evolving world of work. 

“The world of work is changing with greater speed and greater innovation than our industry has ever experienced before. This year’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing are driving as well as leading that great transformation,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “Our 2025 honorees demonstrate that amidst great change, great leaders remain steady in our industry’s commitment to create opportunities for the world of work to work better.” 

Lane and Perry’s leadership at Staffmark Group reflects exactly the kind of innovation and purpose celebrated by SIA. Lane has led a bold go-to-market strategy, realigning sales and service delivery to elevate client value, commercial momentum, and operational alignment. Her industry impact extends beyond the company, and this year, she joined the American Staffing Association’s board of directors, underscoring her influence in building inclusive workplaces and driving change across the industry. Lane said this recognition ultimately belongs to her team.

As CPO, Perry has transformed how Staffmark Group supports, develops, and empowers its people. She helped advance RGF Connect, a global workforce readiness program supporting individuals who face systemic barriers to employment. As executive sponsor of the company’s business resource groups and a vocal champion for inclusion, she’s strengthening the organization’s culture and impact from the inside out.
