Staffmark Group, part of RGF Staffing and Recruit Group, proudly joined RGF Staffing companies worldwide for the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact—an international initiative dedicated to expanding access to employment for individuals facing barriers. U.S.-based events held during the first week of June reached more than 1,400 individuals, providing essential resources, training, and opportunities for meaningful work.

More than 150 Staffmark Group employees across the country partnered with over 30 local and national nonprofit organizations to support underrepresented communities, including veterans, justice-impacted individuals, young adults entering the workforce, and people with disabilities. Through resume workshops, job readiness training, one-on-one mentoring, and virtual sessions on topics like networking and AI in the job search, Staffmark Group volunteers worked alongside nonprofit partners to help break down barriers to employment.

These efforts reflect Staffmark Group’s ongoing commitment to creating meaningful employment connections and reinforce the company’s purpose: to be the Heart Between People and Jobs.
