Japanese Inside Sales Rec Spec

Job Summary

We are currently hiring an Japanese Inside Sales and Recruiting Specialist  for our Japanese Business Services team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for inside sales activities, lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent communication and customer service to clients.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

• Inside Sales

• Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to identify and generate new leads.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Research and understand our target market and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system

• Recruiting

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes of applicants to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews for candidates with the senior recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
