TPS Account Executive

Job Summary

We are currently hiring an Account Executive specializing in technology sales for our Southfield team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will identify strategic business opportunities and target sales to current customers as well as potential prospects. You will directly contribute to the revenue of the company by increasing market share through your direct sales. We are seeking a KPI and metric driven employee with a strong desire to exceed goals.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Use your sales expertise to acquire new business for the Company, as well as selling additional services to current customers.
  • Constant networking to establish and grow a strong pipeline of prospect companies.
  • Develop pricing models which will translate into profitable growth for the company.
  • Complete and manage RFP responses, to include sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Develop marketing strategies that will increase market share.

Competencies

Competencies we value for this role include assertiveness, strong sales orientation, internal motivation with a strong desire to succeed, excellent negotiation skills, excellent planning and presentation skills. We also desire at least 5 years of sales experience in staffing or other technical services industries.
