Job Summary

We are currently hiring an AI Enablement & Platform Manager for our Shared Services Digital Transformation and Strategy team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for driving meaningful technology adoption and empowering people to work smarter through AI. You will lead the rollout and sustained adoption of AI assistants — including Claude and Microsoft Copilot — across Staffmark Group’s workforce, surface and enable high-value AI use cases from the business, and serve as the day-to-day operational owner of SMG’s AI-powered candidate screening platform (Rowan). This hands-on, high-impact role sits at the intersection of technology adoption, change management, and platform operations within the Digital Transformation team.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership Includes Activities Such as These:

  • Lead the rollout and sustained adoption of Claude and Microsoft Copilot across SMG’s workforce, from initial onboarding through embedded daily use.
  • Develop role-specific enablement content — quick-start guides, use case libraries, prompt templates, and workflow examples — tailored to recruiter, operations, sales, and leadership personas.
  • Track adoption metrics, usage patterns, and feedback loops; identify adoption gaps and intervene with targeted support, coaching, and training.
  • Facilitate training sessions, live demonstrations, and peer learning programs to build AI fluency at scale across the organization.
  • Partner with IT and People teams to ensure smooth platform access, licensing governance, and user onboarding.

AI Use Case Enablement

  • Conduct structured discovery sessions with branch staff, recruiters, and functional teams to surface actionable AI use cases.
  • Document, assess, and prioritize use cases using a standardized impact-versus-feasibility framework.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Products and Data Analytics teams to connect use cases to product builds, workflow automation, and data initiatives.
  • Maintain a live AI use case pipeline and communicate progress and outcomes to leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Build and maintain an internal library of validated AI use cases, prompts, and workflow templates accessible to all employees.

AI Screening Platform Operations — Rowan / Recruiter Support

  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for recruiter-facing support on SMG’s AI screening platform (Rowan).
  • Own location onboarding to the platform, maintain standard operating procedures, and manage the ongoing recruiter feedback loop.
  • Monitor platform performance indicators — including screening volumes, conversion rates, and recruiter adoption — and escalate issues to the vendor and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Translate recruiter pain points and field observations into structured product improvement requests; represent the recruiter voice in vendor review cycles.
  • Participate in vendor syncs, track contractual SLAs, and maintain documentation of platform configurations and changes.
