SMG Celebrates 3rd Anniversary of PRISM Alliance
At Staffmark Group, we approach our work with heart and passion. It is through that heart that we stand proudly with the LGBTQIA+ community, advocating for equality, acceptance, inclusion, and belonging. Pride Month is an opportunity to reflect on the progress made and the work still needed to achieve full inclusion and belonging.
This year, we are celebrating the third anniversary of our PRISM Alliance Business Resource Group, which has members and allies across all Staffmark Group brands. Since its founding, PRISM Alliance has led the charge towards a more inclusive and equitable place to work for our LGBTQIA+ employees and talent. We are also celebrating Staffmark Group’s inaugural corporate level sponsorship of the Cincinnati Pride Fest and are thrilled to be showing this level of support in the city we call our home.
While we recognize Pride Month, our commitment to championing LGBTQIA+ is a yearlong effort. Via PRISM Alliance, we are constantly working towards creating an excellent experience for our employees and Talent so we may better serve this community now and into the future.
We encourage everyone to support one another and promote inclusivity in all aspects of life. Let’s continue striving for a world where everyone can be their true selves. Join us in celebrating Pride 2025 and spreading love and acceptance.
