Staffmark Group and Foster Greatness Launch National Workforce Partnership to Empower Foster Youth

A new partnership between Staffmark Group and Foster Greatness is breaking down barriers to employment for one of the most resilient, and often overlooked, groups in the workforce: current and former foster youth.

Together, the two organizations have created a Direct Employment Pipeline, designed to help foster youth find more than just a job. The program offers personalized career coaching, job-readiness support, and direct connections to employers nationwide, including exclusive access to opportunities through a secure job board in the Foster Greatness app.

“We’ve had many, many current and former foster youth seek our support to land jobs and establish meaningful careers. That’s why we acted quickly and began the extensive process to develop our Direct Employment Pipeline program in partnership with Staffmark Group,” said Isabel Stasa, Head of Engagement & Public Affairs of Foster Greatness. “We could not be more ready and thrilled to ensure that all our Foster Greatness community members are thriving in all aspects of their life–including at work.”
