Staffmark Group, a leader in workforce solutions and part of RGF Staffing, is proud to announce a new partnership with the Dayton & Southwestern Ohio Chapter of Blue Star Families, the nation’s largest nonprofit dedicated to supporting military families through community-based programs, research, and advocacy. This collaboration aims to enhance career-focused programming that benefits military spouses, transitioning veterans, and the broader military connected community.  

Staffmark Group has a strong history of creating employment access for military talent. The company was named a 2025 Military Friendly® Employer and Military Spouse Friendly Employer, earning Gold-Level status for its inclusive hiring practices. Through its Military Alliance Business Resource Group and its signature program, Operation Hired, Staffmark Group has open doors for veterans, service members, and military spouses nationwide. 

Through this new partnership Staffmark Group and Blue Star Families will co-host a series of career readiness workshops tailored to the unique needs of military spouses and veterans covering topics like résumé development, interview preparation, and networking strategies to help participants confidently navigate today’s job market.  

The collaboration also emphasizes the power of community-based support. Staffmark Group will help connect participants to Blue Star Families’ extensive support services, including family assistance programs, peer support networks, and regional events throughout Dayton and Southwestern Ohio. The initiative aims to address critical employment gaps and reduce barriers that military families often face.
