Staffmark Group Recognized for Advancing Workplace Mental Health

Staffmark Group, a leading provider of workforce solutions across the U.S., has been recognized by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and The Luv u Project with Honorable Mention in the 2025 Carolyn C. Mattingly Award for Mental Health in the Workplace. This award honors organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing employee mental health and well-being.

The Carolyn C. Mattingly Award recognizes employers that go beyond traditional wellness programs to embed mental health into the foundation of workplace culture. Honorees are evaluated on leadership engagement, employee participation, accessibility of mental health resources, and policies that foster psychological safety and resilience.  According to The Luv u Project, one in four adults worldwide experience mental or behavioral health challenges, underscoring the workplace’s critical role in promoting well-being. 

Staffmark Group earned Honorable Mention status for its proactive approach to mental health education, ongoing leadership training, and inclusive culture that prioritizes inclusion, empathy, and well-being across all levels of the organization.
