Two Staffmark Group Executives Named to SIA’s 2026 Staffing 100 North America List

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named Stacey Lane, CEO, and Liza Fiore Palermo, CXMO, to its 2026 Staffing 100 North America list, recognizing leaders who are shaping the future of the staffing and workforce solutions industry. 

The Staffing 100 North America list, sponsored by Indeed, honors executives whose work is making a meaningful impact across the workforce ecosystem. 

“The staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem is evolving to keep pace with the rapid shifts in the world of work. The leaders recognized in the 2026 Staffing 100 North America are the individuals driving that change with intention,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “They are advancing their businesses through technology, while also doing the necessary work of leadership: setting vision, executing strategy and building cultures that perform.” 

Over the past year, Stacey Lane has strengthened how Staffmark Group serves both clients and talent. She drove a reset of the company’s go-to-market strategy and championed major technology investments, including mobile-first digital tools designed to improve the client experience and streamline the candidate journey.

Over the past year, Liza Palermo led Staffmark Group’s digital modernization efforts, increasing organic candidate flow by 60% and web engagement by 40%. She also refined the company’s brand portfolio and strengthened its go-to-market strategy. 

“We’ve been very intentional about simplifying the experience, for candidates, for clients, and for our own teams,” said Palermo. “We’re using technology and data in practical ways to remove friction and help people connect faster and more meaningfully.”
