Staffmark Group is proud to share that Hayley Franklin, Market Manager in Florida, and Victoria Torres, Employer of Record Payroll Operations Manager, have been selected as recipients of the American Staffing Association (ASA) 2025 Women in Leadership Scholarship. Out of just eight honorees nationwide, two represent Staffmark Group.

Now in its fifth year, the ASA Women in Leadership Scholarship honors women who show exceptional leadership potential, a strong commitment to their careers in staffing, and a passion for making an impact. Recipients earn full scholarships to attend THRIVE Live and Staffing World® this October. 

For Hayley Franklin staffing is a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives. In just one year with Staffmark Group, she’s been promoted from Business Development Manager to Market Manager, and she’s also the founder and leader of Staffmark Group’s Health & Wellness Business Resource Group.  Whether she’s building high-performing teams, mentoring new hires, or finding creative ways to engage employees, Hayley leads with energy, authenticity, and a drive to challenge the norm. 

Victoria Torres brings a leadership style shaped by lived experience, building Staffmark Group’s Employer of Record program from the ground up, ensuring transparency, compliance, and human connection in every step. As co-chair of the company’s Hispanic Outreach Leadership Alliance BRG, she’s a strong advocate for language equity and Latino visibility, creating opportunities for employees whose voices too often go unheard. Her vision for staffing goes beyond filling jobs, she’s working to reframe gig work as a pathway to long-term stability and success.
